Terms of service

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide your stylist a minimum of 24-HOUR NOTICE. Failure to do so will result in a minimum $50.00 rebooking fee. 

No Call/No Show/No Notice
When no notice is given, you will be subject to a RE-BOOKING FEE OF 100% OF THE COST OF THE MISSED APPOINTMENT.

Stylist Payment Options
Payment is due to stylists upon completion of your service, at the end of your appointment. Please contact your individual stylist for accepted forms of payment. NO REFUNDS.

Deposits
Deposits are required for consultations, new clients, special events, and on location services.
Deposit must be received to reserve your appointment or event date.

Deposits are non-transferable, non-refundable.

Deposit amount will be applied to the total amount due at the completion of your scheduled service.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are only valid for services with the stylist listed on the gift card and are not redeemable for retail products. 

Salon Payment Options
Products & Merchandise may be purchased from Brunette + Co. Salon Studio with credit card only at this time.
