Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

• Orders of $50 or more, after discounts and before tax, ship free.
• For orders under $50 after discounts, the customer pays shipping. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are picked, packed and shipped within two (2) business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you need to correct an address, email us right away and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See our Refund Policy for details. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, or your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help you.
